These terms apply to shopcozyroot.com, operated by CozyRoot Home LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Using this store
You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and address information, protect your account credentials and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with site security or misuse the contact form.
Products and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges appear at checkout. Product measurements are approximate; handmade weaves and screen colors can vary. Check the listed dimensions and package contents before ordering. We may correct a listing or pricing error and contact you if it affects your order.
Orders
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We may need to verify details or decline an order if information is incorrect, an item cannot be supplied or there is suspected misuse. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for that item.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains the delivery area, processing, transit and charges. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the 30-day return window, condition requirements and refund process. These policies form part of these terms.
Website content and responsibility
CozyRoot’s branding and original website content may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and Colorado law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Contact us to discuss a concern so we can try to resolve it.
