Where we deliver
Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal areas are outside our delivery area.
Timing your order
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, transit takes 3–7 days. These are separate stages; the transit window begins after processing. Weekends and holidays can affect processing, and weather or carrier disruptions can affect arrival.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $6.99 for a merchandise subtotal below $59. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold applies after any discounts and before tax. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order.
Following a delivery
We email available tracking details after dispatch. An order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel. Check your delivery address carefully at checkout; if a change is needed, contact us promptly so we can see whether it can still be made.
Damage or missing parcels
Keep the packaging and contact us if a piece arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be missing. Include your order number and photos when relevant so we can work through the next steps.
