You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Keep the item unused, with its original packaging and all included parts. Please include proof of purchase so we can match the return to your order.
How to send a return

Pack the item securely and include your order number inside. A trackable return service helps you follow its progress. Do not send a parcel cash on delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
CozyRoot covers return shipping when the item has a quality problem, we sent the wrong item, or it was damaged in transit. For a change of mind, a size that does not fit your space or another preference-based return, you cover the return postage. We do not deduct a restocking charge.
Inspection and refund
After the return reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. When it passes inspection, we initiate the refund to your original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit becomes visible. We will explain any issue that prevents approval. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for preference-based returns; if we made an error or the item is defective, we refund the applicable original shipping charge.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us if you want a different item or need to cancel. We can check the order’s status and explain the available steps. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
